Clash of the Fittest

The Inaugural, Clash of the Fittest event is coming to South Florida this winter.

Are you truly “Fit?”

Push yourself to the extreme and find out how fit you really are during this winter’s Clash of the Fittest event held on December 11th, 2011, at the South Florida Fairgrounds in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida.

There will be at least three WODs during the event ranging from swimming to climbing. Be prepared for anything because COF has access to all tests of physical endurance, strength, and agility. Placed right in the middle of the training season, COF is the perfect training ground for the upcoming Open and Regionals. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to prove you are the fittest!

Clash of the Fittest will take place at the South Florida Expo Center on Saturday December 1st, 2012. There will be 3 divisions: RX, Non RX & Team; both men and women. Each division will consist of the top CrossFit athletes from South Florida Boxes. Slots are limited, and once they fill you will be relegated to spectate.

Cash prizes to the top three in the RX divisions. There will also be prizes for youngest competitor and grittiest performance.

T-Shirt for all competitors, plus a swag bag.
